I offer personalised one-to-one sessions designed around you, your goals, and the way you want to feel — both physically and mentally.

Whether you are looking to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, fitness, posture, confidence, breathing, or overall wellbeing, each 55-minute session is tailored specifically to your needs and experience level.

Drawing from my background in personal training, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness, sessions can combine strength and conditioning, mobility work, yoga-based movement, breath training, recovery, and nervous system regulation to create a balanced, sustainable approach that supports both body and mind.

My approach is supportive, accessible, and realistic — helping you build confidence, move well, feel stronger, and create habits that genuinely fit into your life.
