1-2-1 Yoga Sessions
I offer one to one private yoga sessions focusing on your needs, your wellbeing and your strength. I will work with you to create a bespoke plan starting with the fundamentals of yoga, focusing on your body alignment, and work to improve your overall confidence in your daily practice of yoga.
I will work with you to identify your goals be it flexibility, wellness, breathing or strength. We will work together to create a plan which works for you and your life.
1-2-1 Fitness Session
My online one to one personal training sessions give us the opportunity to explore your fitness goals. We can focus on improving your strength, stamina, or enhance weight loss through a fusion of weights and cardio.
