This 30mins legs and core class will target your gluts, quads, calves, hamstrings, abdominals, obliques and lower back muscles.
This session will give you strength in your legs and core by harnessing your body &/or any weights that you might have at home (i.e. dumbbells / Kettlebells)
There will be a warm up before the class and a good stretch off afterwards.
Suitable for all levels.
