This gently flowing yoga class will leave you feeling energised, grounded, and prepared for the day ahead. 

You will be guided through a well-rounded sequence of poses that will help improve your strength, flexibility and leave you with a feeling of space physically, mentally and emotionally.

The class themes will put emphasis on encouraging self-love, gratitude and perspective whilst helping to sooth and heal you by connecting you to your breath.  

Pranayama (breathing exercises) and mindfulness will also be weaved into the class to help balance and ground.
